French review below/Commentaire français plus bas.
We spent over a week in Casa Florida and are overall satisfied with our stay. Nice breakfast, very helpful and dedicated staff, clean spaces with beds made everyday and towels changed. Pereybere area has some nice restaurants (the Grill one was our favorite) and the bus stop 30 seconds away from the complex allows you to travel at minimum costs through the island and reach many of the wonderful beaches easily (Trou aux Biches was our favorite). The excursions offered are also really nice (we took the South Tour and the South West Tour). Wifi is bad but holidays are about disconnecting! The breakfast is nice and filling, salty and sweet options with a pancake station and an egg cooking station (scrambled eggs with onions, mushrooms, cheese and chicken ham available). The hotel lent us nice big umbrellas which are a must with the tropical rain showes hitting the island every now and then. We also tried the massages offered at the spa (happy hour prices are a real bargain!) and were deeply satisfied and relaxed. Casa Florida is suitable for couples, family with children and eldery people, the guests were relaxed and welcoming as well, mostly French people and South Africans stayed over during our visit. We warmly recommend this place and will come back!

FR:

We stayed for 7 nights over a busy period for the hotel as there were a lot of people in groups from reunion island there. We had a 2 bedroom poolside apartment which was over 2 levels. It was clean & spacious with good basic amenities but not all that comfy. There was air cons in both bedrooms upstairs that worked well. Pool was fun for the kids. However the tiles leading to our front door were dangerously slippery for children when went. Food was not my favourite thing through the stay. Some staff were very nice (particularly the lady PR manager & the barman) but others not so friendly. The cocktails at happy hour were definitely nice & very well priced. The sega show was fun. Short walk to pereybere beach, there is also bus stop very close & supermarket & taxi rides organised with their main driver Allam is affordable. Wifi works well in the restaurant. I would recommend based on price, staying there is very cheap.

We went there to celebrate our anniversary on the 15th of December. Its been a peaceful stay. We were allotted to a studio with kitchenette, which was really spacious and clean.

Breakfast was simple but was worth it. Staff were kind and friendly; special thought to Ms Kanti who was very warm-hearted as well as the lady preparing the omelette for breakfast.

We had a perfect day off from our busy life. I would definitely recommend the hotel to both couples and family.

We went there for our 2nd week vacation to this part of the island, the North town of Pereybere. Via Booking.com we found this in our price range with a swimming pool and possibility for dinner, half board.
We had a very spacious room with balcony where also the air conditioning comes out which gives some noise. Sometimes we were there during the day and then you turn off the AC if you want to sit on the balcony. But we had the ac often when we were in the room then the room is nice and cool. The pool was fine, maybe more loungers!
Great breakfast buffet and certainly the omelettes and pancakes!
The tea we found less but the coffee is excellent (bring your own tea flavor bag).
On the spot we also decided to take the three-course menu which you can decide on yourself every day. Every evening (7) we had an excellent evening meal and drank water. The entire park is spacious and every morning there is a 'hug-lady'!

At 200mtr walking distance there is a supermarket 'Winners' and ATM and pharmacy and public transport BUS!

Pereybere comes after the very busy tourist Grand Baie village. If you are on the beach you can walk 10km to the right towards the south and you will encounter beautiful beaches and cemetery and catholic church and village cap malheureux.
If you do not want to walk back, take the bus or taxi.

Also here 2dgn scooter rented for 500 per day.

If we go to Mauritius again, it will be 100% this hotel!
