My room was too hot, I had to have my windows open almost the entire night and it was not the best since it was towards a big road. The breakfast was a nice surprise and a good start for the day. The room could have had hairdryer.

The isn't a hotel for a romantic get away or for being pampered. The rooms and decor are dated and basic, but the beds are comfortable, it's very clean, the shower was excellent and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

On the decor and lack of facilities this scores quite low. It would benefit from a bar area or restaurant in the evening, but maybe it doesn't attract that type of clientele.

On the service and the welcome, it scores very high.

On balance, 3 stars is a god average.

Stayed here on a business trip for 4 nights in November, the room and hotel are dated but clean, there was no restaurant for evening meals but breakfast is served, the breakfast was okay and done what it should.

Staff very friendly and helpful, room clean, TV, safe, mini bar in room. Pillows tiny but with giant pillow cases, beds okay. Bathroom a bit basic, lots of pipe noise throughout the night. Thin walls so could hear conversations in next room.

Moss is an odd place, a ghost town waiting for the ghosts to arrive. What will happen here once Rygge airport shuts is unclear but maybe this hotel is in the process of winding down and so they don't bother updating it...or buying new pillow cases.

There's little choice in Moss and the hotel is fine for a night but expensive for such a basic hotel. If it wasn't for the staff it would be really grim, so fair play to them for putting in the effort.
