We were there during a week end in november. Both the check in and out were a catastrophe with only one employee working and consequently very long queues. The restaurant was not very good and the food was extremely salty .. The top bar was crowded with no place to seat. Finally the rooms are rather small and the bathrooms were extremely small for the price we paid.

/loved the rooms, Loved the restaurants, the pool, spa and meeting rooms

I loved the customer service, which was excellent...

The location of the hotel was ideal, loved stepping out of hotel and ending up in the centre of the city ...lots of restaurants, stores shopping all around.

The staff is professional, friendly and helpful, the breakfast very nice and the views from my room was nice too. But the room wasn’t that pleasant - the decoration was of the worse 90’s-style, the lightning was awful I have to say (much too bright or too dark and no way of regulating it), and the (week but noticeable) noise of the ventilation didn’t help my sleep. All it all it qualifies for a rating of 3, but considering the price for me it ends as a 2.

Although it is not right in the centre, this hotel has the great advantage of being the terminus for the airport bus service which runs every fifteen minutes. It is then an easy 10 minute walk down into the town centre. The hotel itself is modern and does not have a lot of character but is comfortable with well appointed rooms and plenty of amenities such as a pool. The breakfast buffet is good and extensive although hot food less than in a UK or US hotel. Staff vary - some friendly, some 'businesslike', some disorganised.

Room Tip: Upper floors have good views across city or harbour
