Eating breakfast on a saturday morning at Åpent Bakeri must be one of the most peacefull, yet trendy, start of the weekend. With a spacious patio and a piazza in front, only tiny birds hunting fir crumbles, will disturb you. Outdoor-enjoyers from Oslo West, not si-old cabriolet owners and young parents with fjällräven-jackets in mellow colours and expensive trolly makes up the crowd. Their bread is delicious and the black coffee gives you a kickstart. The cinnamon rolls is also supreeme. Once their strawberry jam felt fresh from the field, but nowadays they serve cheaper stuff. Please, give us that splendid jam back.
