Very close to the metro to reach attractions
Very good breakfast with good variety
Suite was perfect for kids was big like an appartment with two floors with open minibar including a nespresso machine
Minor detail a couple of steps to reach the room (no good with baby trolley)
We were told 100€ for a taxi to airport and finally we order by ourselves a big one (8 seats) for 50€ (internet).

Near to the metro, room was very pretty and quiet, lovely for a coulpe. Stayed in the winter and had no problem walking to St.Stephans Platz or taking a quick metro trip to the city center. Included breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay again next time in Vienna.

The Biedermeier is a well maintained Mercure hotel (some are not as clean or as well kept). The rooms a little dated but decently appointed and clean, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom, and nice sauna to heat up in on a winters day. Additionally most of the rooms face the internal lane, similar to a mews, and are therefore quiet with no street noise. We did not dine in the restaurant or the breakfast room, but the area is quite nice and overlooks a garden. There are many nearby Viennese cafe's and bakeries which we chose to breakfast at instead. Perhaps the best part of the hotel is the great location near the trams, underground, and airport train. The historic centre is only a 15 minute walk.

Room Tip: The upper floors have more light. We were staying for the Christmas season and natural light was not important, but the lower floors are dark.

Tucked into a small alley, 3 minute walk from Wein-Mitte Landstasse and the express CAT from the airport, 10 min walk to Stephansplatz- great location. Clean, well kept rooms. Courteous staff
Small, well kept fitness/sauna area.
Very pleased with our stay, would readily stay again

The hotel was very disappointing in some aspects. First of all, I was accomodated in room 357 and they said me that it was on the third floor. However, the room was on the fourth floor and I had to use the elevator until the third floor and then using the stairs to reach the room (imagine that carrying your luggage). Second, I could not stand under the shower because ceiling was very low. I'm not a tall guy, but I had to take shower bending my neck. Third, the bathroom was not very clean. There was hair from someone else. Fourth, the bathroom's door did not close. Finally, the free wifi was limited. For a four-star hotel, these things are not aceptable. Location was not really good. There was nothing close to the hotel, except two subway stations, which was convenient.

Room Tip: Rooms from 353 to 370 are reached only by stairs and the ceilings are low. There are other rooms like these, but I don't know the number of them.
