Welcoming staff, great views, fab breakfast well worth the deal for a longer stay, quiet rooms. We were 13th floor near lift and heard nothing. Views from upperfloors stunning. Belinda and team made breakfast a fantastic welcoming experience. Stayed 6 nights inc new years eve.tip don't order room service this night....took ages . Very close to town centre. Waling distance of all sights, 3 mins train station, 2 mins from bus stop at arch de triomph to go to Hall in Tirol.

Room Tip: Higher floors quieter, side views 03, 04, 05,

Stayed here just for 1 night for a business trip. The rooms and bathrooms are looking a bit tired and is probably due for an upgrade soon. It’s still perfectly comfortable and the views are spectacular but don’t expect anything too fancy. Breakfast was fairly average. I’d probably look for an alternative next time I’m in Innsbruck.

Room Tip: Higher the floor, the better.

Stayed here for 5 nights in december. Staff were very helpful showing us where to get buses, markets, shops, ski rental etc. Their english was top notch. Hotel foyer, restaurant and bedrooms were much better than I had expected. V clean and clearly looked after. We had breakfast 1 morning (16 euros each). I thought this was V expensive but in all fairness the range of food was great. We stuffed our faces (got our monies worth!!) However, they didnt have English tea that morning which I thought was bad considering we had paid £30 for the breakfast. I had to go back to our room and get some tea bags from there (not a biggy, but english tea is pretty common) We ate breakfasts i nother places other days, but often they would come to 20-25 euros for just 1 meal and tea etc anyway, so suppose the 32euros wast too bad considereing you could have as much as you wanted. Maybe if they dropped it to 10euro each we would have eaten there more and not felt need to stuff our faces when paying 32euros. Room was really spacious. V nice bed (had to ask for 2 more pillows as they only supply 2,...think its an austrian thing). Room overlooked down a main street which was nice, No sound through windows which is a bonus. Bathroooms need modernising though, Dated tiles and bath/shower. But didnt put us off staying here. Had UK TV channels - BBC, ITV, Film 4, etc. Also had a Sky Movies channel which was good (all free of charge). Location is about a 5min walk from the "old Square" which is ideal. We had to get a taxi from the train station to the hotel as we got off on wrong stop. Next stop along would have got us closer to hotel, but unsure how far this is fro mhotel so may still need a taxi (we only paid 6euros though so wont be much!) Would stay here again.

Room Tip: We were on floor 11 which offered great views

We stayed here one night last week. The Innsbruck Hilton was what you would expect of a Hilton property BUT some small details seemed off. First the duvet was entirely too small and actually failed to cover the entire top of the bed. We were an Asian tour group so we are not large people. I'm only 5'8" and weigh 160 lbs. My wife is even smaller. We couldn't sleep on the same double sized bed because the duvet wouldn't cover the both of us. How could a 250lb plus Yank sleep with a duvet like that? Also only ONE pillow was provided on the bed. Seemed really stingy for an international luxury hotel. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous although the croissants were stale.

We stayed at this hotel back in November for our long weekend away. Hotel was easy to find and a very friendly welcome on arrival. Quick and easy check in and a lovely reception area with sofas. Room was very quiet, no noise from other rooms and a great view over the town and mountains. One of the best views we have had from a hotel, was lovely to wake up to. Room was big with two queen size beds and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Only thing was that the shower leaked quite a bit so had to put an extra towel down on the floor. Staff were always friendly and helpful during our stay and the restaurant was a nice place to relax with a glass of wine after a long day. The restaurant was very quiet, which the barmaid apologised for but it was nice to have a quiet space after the business of the markets.
Would definitely use this hotel again!
