This is a new hotel that offers an excellent location, right on the pedestrian street with tons of shopping and just a few blocks from old town.
The family suite included bunk beds with a curtain to divide the room. A very nice breakfast buffet was included, and the service was great!

Right at the heart of the city centre, this hotel provides excellent amenities, the room was spacious and very comfortable and the alpine view was amazing. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Perfect.

Stage 12 is a new hotel situated perfectly in Innsbruck. Accessed via a short and beautifully designed tunnel from the main square the hotel is modern, efficient and everything you’d expect.

Whilst every attention to detail appears to have been made in the design of the hotel and it’s rooms, sadly the walls are not thick enough to block out the sound of foot traffic along corridors which is the only negative. It should be said however that it wasn’t a major issue to be fair.

The reception staff were warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The lifts from reception were efficient. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was designed perfectly with a fantastic walk in shower.

Relaxing bar area and dining room.

The location for us was perfect. Step outside the hotel and you’re met with magnificent mountain views which seem so close.

We will return to Innsbruck and stay at Stage 12 again for sure. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic city.

Recently opened modern styled hotel. You can’t be more in the center then this. Friendly staff who are realy interested in making your stay very pleasant. The first night we had a problem because it was to hot in the room. The heating is controlled centrally. They turned down the temperature by 2 degrees. The nexxt night is was better but still to hot for us. We slept with the window open again. Outside it was freezing but inside is was still to hot. They turned down the temperature once again and then it was ok for us. They were really concerned. Sleeping with the window open makes you hear the airplanes that are landing ...I think till 11 o’clock. Outside you can hear them quiet good in WHOLE Innsbruck. They fly very low. The breakfast is in a quite relaxing room with lots of daylight. Windows from ceiling to the ground. The choice of breakfast is more then enough. Everything is presented very attractive. Never shortage of anything. You always have the feeling of everything is just arranged for you. We had a room with view on the mountains. I can recommend that type of room. The bar is very modern and attract on saterday also locals. The atmosphere is more of a cocktailbar. Cocktails are great and also the homemade lemonade. There is a modern and very clean sauna in the hotel with 3 small saunarooms and a relaxation area with relaxchairs and matressses. Perfect afters skien or at another moment.

Room tip: Room with view on the mountains !

If you are driving and wish to park, don’t put the hotel’s exact address in your gps. Park in the Adolf Pichler Garage and there is an underground entrance to the hotel. We spent 15 min getting lost on one ways and pedestrian only streets before calling the hotel for info.

Besides the difficulty finding where to park, the hotel is great in terms of location. The rooms are new but on the smaller size. Breakfast was delicious.

Try to get a room with Mountain View’s and a balcony.
