Lovely big apartment with huge balcony, well fitted out - 3rd floor but access no issue as there's a lift. Owner very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this apartment.
Been here for 2 weeks and I definitely want to stay another 2. Room are modern and very clean with everything you need, including washing machine and all mod cons. Service is outstanding, especially around the pool bar. George and Panay are friendly and welcoming, here to make your time comfortable and nothing is too much trouble. Food and drink is affordable and enjoyable. If your looking for a relaxed and chilled holiday, you won't go far wrong here. 5* all the way
Just back from the Oracle apt. Great 2 bed apartment, well situated with great facilities. large balcony with great views and well furnished. Lots of equipment in the kitchen, good air con and Wi-Fi. No problems booking, Jonathan easy to contact and prompt with replies.

The apartment is great with lovely balcony, good air conditioning which you need, kitchen is well kitted out except no dishwasher - although we ate out most of the time. The pool bar is great for breakfasts and lunches, and for basic meals and bar staff are lovely. Tomb of the Kings Road is about 10 minute walk. A big long road, lots of restaurants, busy road, can be a lot of walking in baking heat. Also Lidl supermarket about 25 min walk. Would advise getting taxi or bus there and taxi back if no car. Lots of taxis around. We used them all the time. To get to Coral Bay beach need bus, taxi or car. Distances felt quite big. Too hot to walk for us. Lovely at the Harbour. Again too far to walk. Big promenade by the sea with shops and lots of restaurants. We liked it there. Big downside for us was the roadworks. Paphos is a European City of Culture next year (like Hull in UK), and they have been making road and pavement improvements on Tomb of the Kings Road so a mess while we were there but will be great when finished. Biggest disappointment was Paphos Old Town for the same reason but even worse. Impossible to walk around with metal barriers, no pavements, sand and cement everywhere. Restaurants there losing lots of business while work is being done.
Good experiences were teenage son (16) loved water sports at Coral Bay including jet skiing with instructor (18 legal limit alone), banana, crazy sofa, jet skiing, banana, jet skiing etc. Also fabulous go karting track - huge. Also fabulous water park.
Overall very good holiday. Jonathan, (owner) very helpful with any issues with apartment.
4 of us stayed here for a week in October and were incredibly pleased with our stay. The apartment is huge-perfect size for 4 adults to comfortably stay. The balcony is a great size equipped with sun lounger, comfy furniture and a dining area. Some of the indoor furniture could do with being updated but this didn't bother us for the needs we had. It has everything we needed including iron, hairdryer, cooking facilities etc.
Apartment is on a complex which was pretty quiet the whole time we were there. Never more than 10 people around the pool, and although the pool bar is open into the evening, there were never any people at it.
There are lots of restaurants in a close proximity (10 minute walk) and we had really excellent meals both nights.
