“Excellent Stay”
Reviewed 1 May 2014 for a stay in April 2014

This villa is as good as the reviews said, Simos was a perfect host,A car is recommended , but not essential if your fit as it is situated on a hill side. Nice and comfy, all mod cons, t.v. Very limited ! Lovely pool, Peyia village is 15 mins walk, but you have to walk near a busy road. Lots of nice bars and restaurants, . Coral Bay is half hour walk , but 5 mins on excellent bus service, only €1. 50. Paphos is 15 mins on bus and a good lively small town. Definetly recommend this villa and we are looking to book again for next year

“Amazing place, great service and a beautiful villa”
Reviewed 5 October 2013 for a stay in June 2013

The holiday was absolutely fantastic and the service was second to none. Simos is one of the nicest guys I have ever met and he could not have done more to make the holiday any better.

The villa itself is lovely with a pool and view that cannot be beaten. It is located within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, though we didn't see much reason to leave the comfort of the pool and the coolness of a fresh Keo.

All in all an unforgettable 2 weeks which included me popping the question. Would and have recommended unreservedly to anyone who will listen.

“Best holiday ever”
Reviewed 10 September 2013 for a stay in August 2013

Went with brother and two sisters. First holiday without parents. All of she but being the eldest, still wanted to take youngest two which are teenagers to safe environment. By far I chose the best place. Simos from the start of enquiring about the villas was unbelievably helpful. I had felt from the instance I had absolutely no concerns. Upon arrival he had arranged a stretch Mercedes to pick us up from the airport. We arrived very late so unfortunately Simos couldn't greet us, but early the next morning he came round straight away to say hello. Told us about the local area, taxi service, delivery service at supermarket Phillippos that once you've done your shopping they'll bring you and your shopping back. Told us about local excursions, tried to help us book them. He was so helpful. The villa itself was spotless, fresh, pool was huge for four and extremely clean. Only downfall was if you leave any food out it does attract ants. As we experienced on the first night. They were extremely attracted to oil so if you keep the work surfaces and floor grease free, you should have no problems. We did have a slight problem with the outside bin attracted the ants, but Simos took it all away. It is in the countryside so there is a high chance of field mice/rats as we saw one on two occasions but it didn't come into the villa as again we left no food out. It is a very hot country in August so to not expect to see rodents or any other creatures would be silly. We had a lovely BBQ in the garden area. Absolute no sound from other villas and if you heard any, it was only of other people having a very good time too. Kids loved the holiday and as they're teens, we were glad. My sister and I are 26 and 24, and we had an amazing time. Paphos night life is a buzz and for €6 euros we got bus in for four of us from coral bay and €17 back at 1am using the taxi number Simos provided. Coral bay night life isn't for youngsters, it's definitely for families and maturer travellers that are looking for a peaceful holiday. All night life in Paphos town centre. Went to see a film as well for €8 euros each, tombs of kings was €1.50 each and a definite must. Again hard to please a 13 year old and 17 year old, but they absolutely loved it. Definitely worth doing the lazy day cruise with Paphos sea cruises which can be booked in coral bay high street. Overall fantastic holiday, made some great memories and friends, and looking forward to booking again next year with friends and enjoying the night life a little more.

“Chilled out in Cyprus”

Having had several personal problems which put our holiday at risk we eventually got the all clear to go and boy were we glad we made it! Simos, the owner, turned out to be an absolute star. Despite the uncertainty he was flexible with the late changes we made in our arrangements and the result
was a super holiday. The villas are situated about half a mile from Coral Bay on the side of a hill with stunning views tover to the sea. Well kitted out, spacious yet simple in design the villa provided everything we needed and see felt at home from the moment we arrived. All the rooms were a nice size and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment (apart from a garlic crusher which led to me developing the art of chopping garlic!). There was a fenced veranda which with a bit of ingenuity we were able to create a safe area for our young granddaughter. Beyond this area there was the pool area with adequate space for sun bathing and the BBQ was situated nearby. There were two minor points which would have improved things. On the first occasion we had a BBQ it extended beyond dusk and the lighting wasn't sufficient to be able to see how the food was cooking. The second point is regards the use of the pool. Although quite understandably we were asked to take a shower before swimming, it meant going to one of the two in suites in the villa to do this and then walking back through it dripping wet. Perhaps an outside shower would help.
