Although my partner James has already written a review I was so impressed I felt I needed to also write one.
I have just returned from a weeks holiday at the villas with my family and our 5 month old son.
Before we arrived Constantinos was extremely helpful with any questions I had and would always respond within 24 hours, he also helped us to arrange car hire for our stay with a car seat.
Constantinos met us personally at the villas and showed us round providing us with any useful information we may need. He also recommended places to visit and the best local restaurants, two of which we visited and they were fantastic.
Going away with a 5 month old I was slightly apprehensive but I didn't need to be as Constantinos made it a home from home, providing swing chair, play mat, highchair, baby towels and toys for him, he loved it.
On arrival there was also a welcome hamper like I have never seen before full of essentials we used and a homemade pie. During our stay nothing was ever too much trouble for Constantinos and his family.
The pool was cleaned regularly and plants watered.
The rooms in the villa are all very spacious and have plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen was well equipped and it was so nice having a proper charcoal BBQ outside. The views from the villa are breathtaking, you can see the sea from the pool area and the balcony that leads of two of the bedrooms.
Whilst we were there we visited Coral Bay which was about a 10 minute drive away and well worth it and to get to Paphos harbour area was about 15 mins away. If you are happy to stay at the villa you don't need a car but I would recommend it if you want to see a few places and because of its location the road it is on is so easy and leads to other attractions quickly.
We have already said we would like to visit again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these villas to families.
Thankyou Constantinos and family for a truly amazing holiday.

We stayed at these villas for one week and have just returned after a fantastic stay. We took our 5 month year old son on his first holiday and Constantinos (the owner) couldn't have been anymore welcoming or accommodating...I could go in to so much detail but would take too long, but for example, play mats, baby towels gifts to take home for him etc.

Before arrival my partner dealt with the booking and said he was prompt on response and so so helpful...he organised so much for us including a hire car during our stay.

On arrival we greeted personally by him and given a guided tour of the beautiful villa and some detailed info what to do around the area.

We were regularly visited with food gifts from the family (not to mention our fridge being stocked on arrival) and having the little things that matter already provided (dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc)

I could go on and on but my words wouldn't warrant enough praise. The level of service was above and beyond any expectations.

The villa itself is very spacious a few minor maintenance issues and touch ups are needed but thats me having to find fault....

Would hesitate to recommend anyone staying here!!

This is an amazing self-catered villa.
Eventhough we arrived late in the evening we were greated by Constantinos, the owner, who waited for us to show us around the villa , give us excellent tips for travelling around and surprise as with a fridge filled with supplies for breakfast and a freshly baked spinach pie (that was delicious).

It is beautiful, spacious and completely furnished with every possible thing you might need (including a diswasher, laundry and all kitchen cookware, microwave, oven, free WIFI). the villa has a large pool that is cleaned daily.
all in all an excllent villa! we would love to come back!

A perfect break. The owner welcomed us in arrival and was very generous with a fridge stocked with the essentials - including beer, wine as well as a pie cooked by his wife. His induction to the house was detailed and the building itself is very well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, a/c, en suites and a fabulous pool. Overall a visit to Meltemi will not disappoint and you'll return refreshed and very tanned.

Have just returned from a weeks holiday at VM staying at no.6, which we found to have lovely views across and down to the sea, also very quiet as at the end of a private cul de sac. The villa is beautifully equipped with clean lines and furnishings with air conditioning throughout, which we found a must as the weather was superbly hot, a lovely pool and terrace where we BBQ and ate. We rented a small car which although there is a bus service made the holiday more pleasurable. The attention to detail by Constantinos and his wife, in the form of information, assistance and homemade pies and a great welcome pack was unexpected but so welcome!

Room tip: No 6 is a great villa, been at the end, so even more private.
