“quiet seclusion in a great villa”

This was our second stay at Villa Coralie and it was every bit as good as the first time. The villa is good sized and is light and airy, well maintained and clean. The property and pool is not overlooked at all. Located on a cul de sac Villa Coralie is quiet and secluded. It has a double en suite bedroom and a twin next to the first floor bathroom, both bedrooms having a balcony with views over to the sea. The kitchen and lounge are also good sizes so a family will not feel cramped. Not that you'll spend long inside as the pool is fantastic - a really good size and (in the summer) was like getting into a warm bath!. Again, you can look out across to the sea. The back of the property is south facing so you get the sun all day. Fortunately there is suitable shade should you need it. Wi-fi is included (especially useful to allow the kids to keep in (social media) contact and if you need a break from the sun there is UK TV also.

The (UK-based) owner couldnt be more helpful in the run up to the holiday, and there is a local (English) property overseer who is always on hand should you need them which is always good to know should you need them.

Coral Bay is a short car ride away (about a mile) but if you arent hiring a car, a walk up to the main road and a bus will take you to the centre of Coral bay.

I would thoroughly recommend Villa Coralie to anyone who wants a peaceful break with the comforts of home that is within reasonably easy reach of local amenities.

“Relaxing holiday in a lovely villa”

Stayed in the villa with our young son in May, would highly recommend. So many great advantages to the villa, It's modern, peaceful, clean and close to the beach and restaurants in coral bay. Yet still far enough to unwind and relax.

Having a young baby we cooked on the BBQ a few times, Philippo's supermarket is a stones throw away with a great selection! Highly recommend the freshly baked rolls.

UK TV for the nights we fancied a chilled out evening once the sun had set, great advantage.

A major plus for us is the fact the aircon has a 6 hour timer. When its hot at night it is a real bonus that you don't have to wake up all night re-setting the aircon. We have found that other villa's in Paphos are limited to 2 hours.

Richard and the villa management company are extremely helpful and always there to answer our questions.

Outdoor shed with lots of pool and beach toys which is handy, saves having to buy stuff. We also paid to have the pool heated to 30 degrees, pool water a little cool for us in May. Very reasonable cost to heat up. Again stayed at other Villa's where charge what feels like over the odd's.

Recommend the Villa if looking for a relaxed and peaceful Villa, but yet close enough to everything you would need. We are looking to re-book for 2017 and beyond.

“Beautiful Villa”

This was my first villa holiday so I was slightly apprehensive, but I shouldn't have been. Any questions I had when booking were answered quickly, the owners always got back to me within the day with any queries. The villa was very easy to find thanks to the owners very detailed directions and the villa is exactly as it appears in the pictures ( If anything the pictures didn't do it justice!) The whole place was clean and fresh when we arrived, the pool is fantastic, the kids were never out of it. There is a field behind which makes it a very quiet peaceful place, was lovely to sit out on an evening and only hear the crickets. There is air con throughout, and the managers are only a few doors away and are on hand if you need them plus they come to check the pool every few days ( they come early through the gate so you wont be disturbed ). I cant think of anything I could say that I wished the villa had, everything I needed was there, right down to a couple of buckets and spades in the shed for the kids to borrow for the beach, ( and a hoover to get all the sand from the hire car!). There is a brilliant supermarket 10-15 mins walk from the villa which sells pretty much everything you can think of from clothes, pool inflatables, local fresh food, to Brand name food, English washing powder, a butchers & fish counter, everything we needed! All in all a brilliant place to stay, nice quiet area, but not to far away from all amenities , I would happily recommend this villa and would definitely go back to Villa Coralie

“What a relaxing holiday in a super villa!”

Villa Coralie was everything and more than we expected. The villa itself is spacious, very well equipped with a super outlook onto open fields. It has a private pool and spacious gardens. We liked the fact that the villa was just outside Coral Bay so we could truly switch off and relax but yet were close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. We hired a car during our stay and had a few day trips up to the wine region, the Akamas peninsula and into Paphos itself. We have been to Cyprus before but Coral Bay is now my favourite area and we will definitely be booking again to stay in this villa. The owner sent us detailed instructions before we travelled. Very pleased with the whole experience and can highly recommend it!

“Excellent in so many ways”

This is a great rental, and having stayed in many in the past all over Europe, this is definitely one of the best. Clean, well run, with very good amenities. It is also close to the beach . The owner is very responsive and always trying to make it better. We paid for the heated pool and after 10 years of renting in Europe, this was the first time we had a heated pool that was genuinely heated. My boys swam for hours each day. Very recommended and I will be going back.
