During our seafront walk we were invited to have a dinner at There Pelican. Nice place, pleasant man promised us delicious dishes, so we’ve decide to accept that tempting offer. It is really nice place to spend time in! And food was really great (Thank you, ‘pleasant man’ that you didn’t make us disappointed) as well as wine. But with all the good, there was another side of a coin... I don’t know whether there were some magnetic storms or the date that is full of fours (4/4/18) affected our waiter (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name)... but his behavior left much to be desired! He was so rude with the colleague... We didn’t expect such a point... He shouted so loud and used really awful words! And the whole restaurant saw it! To my mind it’s tactless. So our evening ended earlier than we wanted, as we had no desire to stay near such person in order not to completely spoil our impression about the place...
I only hope that that waiter is no longer there

We were invited there by cheerful guy on the street - he was friendly. However, the food was delicious, and everything was fine, but in the end everything changed. The supervisor who accepted our order became very rude. He quarreled with the guy who invited us. He shouted and swore.
The evening was ruined.

Popped in for a quick light lunch and had a great salad, pitta with taramasalata and some amazing garlic prawns which were so fresh!!

Originally we just stopped for a drink and after we saw the prices of the drinks we thought we weren’t going to stop for long. Fortunately we did look at the food menu and that was a lot more reasonably priced and so we stayed. The food was delicious, those that had seafood were really impressed others in our party had pizza, nachos, chicken and chips were again impressed. All in all a good visit despite pricy drinks

We went for dinner on the first night of our trip. The staff were lovely, promising a free shot for our whole table after dinner (which was delicious!). Waiters were fun and we even bumped into one in a bar the following night and had a drink with him. I hate fish so had a moussaka which was delicious and my friends said their fish meze was to die for. We wanted another dinner in the harbour later in the week and we decided it would be silly not to come back. I have no idea what the 1* reviews are about...definitely ignore them!!
