THE HOTEL IS SITUATED IN KAKOPETRIA VILLAGE, AND NOT NICOSIA CITY. NICOSIA IS THE AREA!
The hotel is situated in Kakopetria village, about 20km from troodos mountains.
Features a small lobby and a bar, the hotel has a lift and around 60-70 rooms.
Its is family owned and the owners are very helpful to your needs. There is also a small parking space outside of the hotel but most of the streets in kakopetria are used as a parking place so no worry.
The hotel has a bar, restaurant, a lobby and a reception and free wifi internet at lobby area and two lcd tvs.
Rooms are average. With a shower and a toilet, basic bathroom amenities, a small tv, a plastic table and two plastic charis and a queen bed and two extra beds, and it has a balcony with view of the village. It has also a safe. Room are basic but its enough for a short time staying.
At the time we went there was a problem with the hotels cetral heating but luckily all the rooms had a split unit airconditioning that we turned to 30oC and let it run throughout our stay.
Breakfast was very basic, with very few options but again for its category it was sufficient.
We did not try lunch or dinner however the village is full of traditional village tavernas and restaurants.
The hotel is a good starting point to visit troodos area but you will definetely need a car or a mountain bike.
