We ate twice at Rubino in our weeks stay in Valletta. The restaurant has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We had the mizze (antipasti), and for main course Rabbit, and Filled Zucchini port and beef, baked in the oven. The second time we took the Hbeja Mimilija (chicken liver) on Maltese bread, Falafel with aubergine compote and for the main course the ribeye and (stuffed) Calamaris. And both times we had desserts: Cassata Siciliana (dessert of the house) and the Cassata Gelato.
The food was prepared with love and care, well balanced and delicious. I would absolutely recommand this restaurant to anyone who visits Valletta.
