Whilst everything was great with the booking/communication, the cleanliness of the apartment let it down. The kitchen lacked utensils and some were rusty. I had to wash the bed linen on arrival as it did not appear to be fresh. There were very little instruction on how things were operated and I had to call someone out due to us not being able to use the hob. Even the gentleman that welcomed us to the property was unable to show us how to use the hob. I must say that the bed was very comfortable, but the apartment was much smaller than the photographs made it out to be. It was very centrally situated and all the facilities you would need are nearby. I come to Malta 2/3 times a year and usually stay in hotels. However I wanted to try an apartment and think that this will be my intention going forward. Unfortunately I cannot see myself using this apartment again unless things drastically change. It is such a shame, as it could be a lovely let.
