We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel, and did not realize that there was no parking available. Not the hotel's fault but it did cost us an extra $160 for two nights.
Louis was a wonderful help to us and Gina made sure we got a quieter room the second evening we were there. The hotel is close to some bars and with the late daylight hours, people were having fun and loudly, until 5:30 am. Again, not the hotel's fault. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed with coffee machine end lovely Molton Brown toiletries. The hotel was really well positioned to see everything in Reykjavik on foot. The breakfast at the restaurant next door was less than mediocre.
