This was the first stop of our Stockholm food tour and what a place! The original building is being renovated so this was in a hall across the street. It should be even better in its new diggs.
There was a huge variety of items--cheeses, meats, preserved wild game, many vegetable items, whole meals and special morning beers-quite good.
We came back to pick up items for dinner back at our apartment during the week.
Excellent!!!

It’s a very worthwhile visit in Stockholm. Not the usual touristy spot as they were many locals having their fresh seafood for brunch there. It was great to immerse in the bustling open food hall market-restaurant concept, enjoying the food, crowd and freshness of seafood. Definitely will come back again!

It's worth a look for 10 minutes. A market filled with local produce and restaurants. It is very busy so you need to get there early if you want to eat

The Saluhall is under repair so the temporary location is highly functional but misses the old world charm. If you are looking for meats, seafood, chocolate, etc, there is a good chance you'll find it in the hall. There is also a chance to eat at a few of the places. Can't wait for the renovations to complete at the original location.

We stumbled across this beautiful food hall on our way to the tram. The presentation of the stalls were gorgeously presented and enticing so many lovely stalls all dressed for Christmas.
