We booked a Queen room for a 4 day stay in a chilly Stockholm. The room was nice, not large but decent. The bathroom was very nice, although note it's a shower rather than a bath - I prefer that. The restaurant is in the style of a French Bistro and was very good, if a bit pricey but that's the expected norm in Stockholm. Breakfast is a self-service buffet with a good selection with a Nordic slant.
We managed to take a peek at the gym/sauna but didn't actually make it in, we did a lot of walking instead. The location of the hotel is about 10-15 walk from Arlanda Express terminal, about 10 mins from the old town (Gamla Stan), 5 mins for the shopping areas, 20 mins from most of the museums/galleries. Plus it's a couple of mins to public transport if walking isn't your thing. The only downside is we didn't have a good view of which other hotels may offer.
We did have an problem when we initially arrived but mistakes happen and if you are judged on how you deal with them then the staff dealt with it very promptly and professionally. As for the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful.More
