All you have to do is look at the building from a distance, that's how dirty it is inside.
When I complained about the dirty room, they offered us to stay another night. The second time, there was broken glass on the floor and previous guests' underwear still there.
I stepped on the broken glass base that's in the attached picture, and it did hurt a lot... I called the reception and they did not care, they did not offer any assistance or even offer to clean it up. It actually felt that we were being punished for having complained.
The bathroom in this room didn't have as much mildew as the first one, but the pictures tell a 1000 words about this hotel.

Room tip: We took a suite the first time and a regular room the second time, they were both just as bad.

This is a very nice, big hotel. Good quality food and drink and nice rooms with stunning views over Malmo. I think it is more suited to business types, but if like us, you are staying with family/friends for just a night or 2 then its absolutely fine. Good location to explore the city, near to shops, malls and many restaurants. Easily stands out over the city so easy to find!!

Service was very pleasant, if not a bit on the slow side and i don't think they were used to toddlers charging around, but were more than happy to provide kids meals, high chairs etc.

Breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from.

Would/will stay again soon. i've said average to pool and spa but didnt use these facilities.

Room tip: when booking ask for a view over the city towards the harbour.

Stayed at Hilton Malmö for 2 nights. Nice room and excellent customer service from the reception staff! Good location just in front of a long shopping street with lots of shops and places to eat.

Everyone gathers at the Opera House for New Years Eve and the Hilton is just a couple blocks away. It's location is great for seeing the sites in Malmo and close to an ethnic neighborhood and the train station. Right next to a shopping mall. Parking is 16 euro/day, in a covered garage. The hotel is fine - nice, with good bathrooms, the staff accommodating. Internet is NOT free, nor is the breakfast. There are a few english-speaking TV stations.

I have stayed at the Hilton Malmo in mid December for my birthday weekend.

Hotel itself is tired and would do with some refreshing.
Rooms good size but nothing special, although bed was really comfy.

There is no swimming pool or spa which you would expect in 4* hotel in the city center.

Restaurant is small and overpriced, not enough too choose from.

All staff really friendly and helpful, especially Petra at reception and Markus in the bar.

Overall a good hotel with great location.
