Last night was our second experience at this incredible, truly authentic, family owned Italian restaurant. The food, the ethos, the dining experience was better than the Michelin star restaurant we experienced a few days ago.

We chose a wine paired menu in which every wine was Italian. We began with antipasti, the first one of olives, cheese, bread, and pepperoni complimented by a glass of Spumante which was followed fried fish antipasto with vegetables truly amazing and unlike any dish we have had before. The third was eggplant, tomato, and Parmesan cheese. Of course each antipasto had was complimented by a pared wine.

The pasta was equally stunning, a ravioli with mushrooms and truffles and of course a pared wine.

Our final course was Guinea fowl with vin santo and seasonable vegetables, an absolutely outstanding dish complimented by a fabulous pared wine.

Both experiences we have had this charming restaurant have ranked at the very top of our dining opportunities.

Make your reservation, you won't be disappointed.

Anniversary dinner took and great TA reviews took us here - and we got all of our expectations full filled ... nearly :-)
Jennifer gave An absolute over the top service and impressed with her wine knowledge.
We jumped into the 7 course meal, where most of the dishes exceeded expectations.
Great lightly fried fish starter, followed by a carpaccio where the balance between the bitter lettuce and beef were a bit off - but an innovative presentation.

Ravioli were to die for - fantastic and very tasteful, so we were a bit disappointed when the guinea fowl came in to the bland side served with cubes of fried potatoes... maybe a mash or some risotto.
The molten chocolate cake with ice cream completed a close to perfect evening.
Overall Well done Mr Brunello.

Thank you to you and your team for the good time we had at your place and your warm welcome.
I loved the choice between the 4 and 7 dishes menu, that's smart.
The 7 dishes menu was excellent, loved the carpaccio, and I still have the raviolis with truffles test in mind.
Nice wine list and large choice. The advise to get the Brunello de Montalcino was a good advise.
We will be back.

Thank Laurent P P

Small and cosy (a lot of hygge :-)), great service from a dedicated and friendly owner and staff. Their wine pick for the wine menu was spot on. So if you're in for some high quality italian cuisine and very good wine at decent prices, this is it!

We were in Copenhagen in June and checked trip advisor for a good restaurant close to our hotel. L'Enoteca di Mr. Brunello seemed to be what we were looking for. We read the reviews and we were a little skeptical because one of the reviews said that this restaurant is pushing their wines more than their food and decide to give it a try. The person was right. The do push their wines more than their food. The food was very good but what really made us upset is, when the bill came we had a charge for $12 and when we asked what was that they said it was for the water. The water was faucet water and the second bottle was not used. We have dined in several upscale restaurants around the world and we have never been charged for faucet water. We consider this unethical.
