It's an average hotel. It is located in a safe area close to Nyhavn - within a walking distance. The room where my family and I stayed was rather tiny, and as it was in July, so relatively hot, even for a Brazilian family, we had to used a desk fan because there wasn't an AC in the room. Another issue was the bathroom, the shower curtains could not prevent the bathroom's floor to get wet. And it also lacked of bathroom cabinet. On the other hand, the breakfast was quite good with the usual stuff: coffee, yoghurt, tea, eggs, cheese, ham, cereals, sausages, two types os juices and some bread. If you need there's a storage room for your luggage just in case you check out and your flight is later on. There's a free wireless internet, but you are supposed to log in to a site to use it - the signal quality is not that good. Final tip: do ask for a room away form the lift, otherwise it will be quite difficult to get to sleep.
