The tables are situated under a set of mulberry trees, which keep the place cool during summer afternoons. Excellent service, polite staff, very clean premises.
Everything we tried was super tasty and well prepared. There is a large menu to choose from, and we were delighted with every single dish we tried. They even bake their own bread, which they serve to customers. Dessert is on the house, and quite tasty too (cool mastiha snapps and chocolate mousse).
There is a small open playground in the premises, where children can be occupied (parents can supervise them from their table).
We definitely recommend Ktima Mouries restaurant. In fact, we visited the restaurant four times during our 7-day stay in Skyros!
P.S.: Mouries Farm is right across the street, where children can have a 20 minute ride on a Skyrian horse (costs 10 euros, but children seem to enjoy it). Please do check for their opening times though, because the little horses get an afternoon nap!
