We were on a tour and while the group was dropped off to eat at the restaurant at the site, we wandered across the parking lot into the little village of Olympia to explore and find a better, cheaper and faster lunch. It lured us in with the delightful outdoor seating and the super friendly--but not pushy--young men working there. The service was terrific--they knew we were on a schedule--and the food was terrific. Good quality "fast" food in a "casual dining" setting with a wide menu. And delicious. The value was embarrassing! They also made me up some homemade lemonade when I asked whether they had any (not homemade!). And my husband was steered to a lovely local beer. Too bad we didn't have time to linger awhile longer to relax and take in the lovely scene.
This cafe is connected with the one across the street and they said will serve you from either menu. It seemed a little 'fancier.' So if you're in Olympia, hungry and tight on time--or not!--try them out.
