We stayed in Oct for a week. Ask for a top floor room because you get partial seaviews. The lower floors just have views of the street & neighbouring building.

Good points:
- Staff very friendly & speak multiple languages. Costas was especially nice & interesting to chat to at the downstairs bar
- Large, comfortable memory foam type bed
- Small balcony to sit & watch the view
- Breakfast buffet had a reasonable selection of breads, cakes, yoghurt, fruit, cereals & some hot items like frankfurts, vegetables with feta, omelette/eggs & hams. Certainly adequate but items rarely varied.
- You can sit in the garden to have breakfast which was so pretty, but beware of the mosquitoes!
- Good wifi signal
- Room had a fridge & kettle
- BBC world was the only English TV station
- Roof top bar & pool was nice with views of the sea
- Easy walk to old town & seafront

Bad points:
- Hotel was fine, but a little run down & not what a 4 star is in other countries
- The pool bar closed at 3pm in Oct which was annoying because there were several guests still using the pool at that time.
- Mixer drinks (vodka soda/gin & tonic etc) are 5 euro each. Ouzo 2 euro.
- We heard a little noise from nearby construction, but only on 2 days & not at night
- I hate shower curtains. It sticks to you & still lets water go all over the floor.
- The bath was tiny & only suitable for a child
- The bedroom was dark in the evenings even with all lights on
- Despite there being a kettle, there were no tea/coffee or mugs provided. No free water.

I'd certainly go back and recommend because the bad points were very minor

Room Tip: Ask for top floor to get seaviews

A fantastic nice hotel in a very good location near bath and city. Nice rooms and wonderful staff and a cozy pool and bar on the roof. Very good breakfast and a nice garden. We have been there two times and will go back. Big thanks to hotel manager Thanassis Frangidis and his staff.

OK, location was very good, the beds were good. Staff was allover friendly and helpfull. OK, we are talking about a 4* hotel. No way, not more then two stars should be given. Noisy airco, very noisy fridge. You could not drink the water from the tap. OK, but then (4****) you place some bottles in the fridge. No, you had to go to the shop to buy it. Very nice when you arrive very late.
In the shower the door was rotting, consequence: all over the place little flies. Grrrr.
Breakfast reasonable. Showering must be done in the bath. The wet and cold shower-curtain sticks to your body. And the best 4* thing was that at some times, as wel as in the evening, but also in the morning there was no warm or hot water.
Oh, yeah, toiletpaper has to be done in the bin beside the toilet. Old times revive.
Staff, owners: it is 2017!!!
There must be better places. I'm sorry.

Room Tip: try another hotel
