“Absolutely amazing home”
Reviewed 12 June 2018 for a stay in June 2018

This home is an absolute must for any stay in Chania. Vassilis was amazing from when we booked until we left even booking a taxi for us for an early morning ferry. Him and his father greeted us at the home at 11pm when we arrived and explained everything we should do and see while we were in Hania and all we needed to know about the house. The location was brilliant in the Old Town right by the water. The house had two bedrooms (these were comfortable as well) and two bathrooms and everything you needed was thought of, slippers, cotton balls, shampoo, wraps, jam, marmalade, bottled water, beach towels, beach mats, beach umbrellas, and the list goes on. They also provided us with a welcome pack of goodies, olive oil, white wine, homemade cake, biscuits, big bowl of fruit. We had everything we needed and more. You felt that you were part of the village as there are a number of restaurants right on your doorstep so if you didn't feel like cooking or just wanted a early evening drink it was all there for you. Vassilis thank you from the bottom of our hearts for providing us with this wonderful home to start our journey through Greece.

We were so pleasantly surprised to find Vassilis home better than it looked in the add and the service was outstanding. Being hosts ourselves we are always interested in what others have to offer and keeping on top of the game by listening to our guests, wants, needs. Vassilis went the extra mile to make us feel, welcome and very comfortable in our new surroundings. It was very obvious to us that he puts his guests wants and needs first and had catered for everything right down to soap, shampoo and Greece specialities like the local wine, olive oil. His family home was lovely, neat, clean, and he provided everything we needed and more. We throughly enoyed our holiday in Crete and we would recomend this quaint home to anyone looking to stay in Chania close to the old town. 5minutes walk to the Venitian harbour and 20 feet to the waters edge, bars and cafes. He and his father's hospitality was outstanding and we hope to come back and visit soon. Throughly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Chania.
