We spent a nice hour or so here enjoying a bottle of Greek red. Some refreshing breadsticks accompanied it. The atmosphere is very nice. The service was good. Unfortunately, the debit/credit machine was broken.

We wanted to eat somewhere special for our 20th wedding anniversary and chose Eat at Milton as the menu and reviews looked good. The meal started out well with a nice aperitif, good home made bread with olive oil and really good olives. The starters (octopus and scallops) were both very good, although 18 Euro for 3 small scallops is a bit pricey. The main course of coute de bouef at 68 euro was cold after 3 people spent 10 minutes carving it so was sent back. It was marginally warmer when returned and served with some mashed potato and chips, nothing else, no sauce, no veg, nothing. We asked for some aioli sauce or something to go with it but, after 10 minutes nothing had turned up and we’d virtually finished, at this point we were told the sauce would be 2 minutes. After eating we were then told that the credit card machine did not work so it was cash only. We should have been told that before we ate. Overall, it was a thoroughly disappointing meal and cost us (with the exchange rate at the ATM over the road) about £175.00 for a decent starter, poor main course and no desert. Would we recommend / go back- NO

Well located but small portions and overpriced. They didn’t warn me in advance that “the credit card machine was broken” until the last minute.
Not local, lousy French music.
The special deal of the day were the mushrooms which I admit were awesome.
I’ve had far better meals for half the price.

Good food, but doesn’t accept credit card for the bill over 100€. Didn’t want even to bring the machine for card. After I insisted that they bring the machine it was disconnected. Looks like the fact of disconnection was a lie. We were really disappointed after the good dinner.

Delicious fish and drinks. I was there with a group and everyone loved their food. The staff was great and allowed us to stay as long as we wanted. It is located in the middle of all the shops and has great ambiance.
