Nice cottage, pretty new, clean, good pool, but be aware they are on a quite a steep hill, not for the mobility impaired or elderly.

Also their so called ecological approachment is a bit weird, you only get clean sheets once a week and towels every 3/4 days or so, not acceptable in such a hot climate......even after complaining they were not willing to change "the rule".

The hill and towel/sheets "rule" are no where advised, must this have been the case we would have chosen for another place as both are important and really bothered us on our 13 days stay.

A good place to stay for a shorter period off time, maybe better for young people or when you rent a scooter.

Choeng mon is a more quiet place than Chaweng but with enough places to eat, a nice beach and easy acces by songtaew/taxi to the more vibrant Chaweng or Bophut.

I spent 3 days at Moon cottage and had a very pleasant stay. This accommodation is run by a really nice French couple who made every effort to make my stay as pleasant as possible: may be it be recommendations where to go to our the French breakfast with baguette and croissants.
The cottage was very clean and it seems that the owner chose the interior as they would have done for themselves.
There is a nice pool and even a little jakuzzi in a private area.

Would stay there again.

The rooms were amazing, the pool was amazing. Everything was easiky accessible. If you want peace this is the place for you. If not this is also thr place for you as you can rent a scooter (200 baht) for 24 hours or a taxi. There are shops, restauraunts, cafes, a beach and scooter hire place a nice walking distance away.

The owners are a lovely couple eho make you feel welcome and help eith anything you need.

I would definately reccomend to stay here.
