My wife, two friends and myself ate dinner here about a week ago when walking the Camino Portugues and staying just 100 yards awaye at the Hotel Valenca Do Minho. The manager of the hotel recommended it to us and we were glad to find it located so near to us on the south side of town.
There weren't many people in the restaurant as it was a Sunday evening, but we ordered some drinks (beers & wine) then placed an order for our food. In the meantime, the waitress brought us a selection of cheeses, pates, olives and bread which we enjoyed as a starter.
My friends enjoyed steak with pineapple on top, served with rice and veg and my wife had a seafood rice dish (much wetter than paella) which was clearly enough for at least TWO persons! Still, she managed to eat more than half of it with the help from my friends (she didn't offer me any, I was in her bad books!)
A decent meal and reasonably priced.
