Location of hotel is perpect. To the old town and promenade not far. Restaurants within 5 min.walking distance, also the shoping center Dolce Vita. A small hotel, inside in black-white colors. Really matches names as a design hotel. Staff very helpfull, excellent breakfast. Restaurant we never used, there are many possibilities in the town.

This hotel has a fantastic location near the old town. The room was comfortable, quiet and the wifi worked a treat.
The decor is very modern and unique. This however, will not be to everyone's taste. The room was small and we'd have preferred to not have a glass door between the bedroom and bathroom. The wooden floor of the shower seemed to be unpractical (quite slippy and smelly).
The breakfast was not great and would not recommend paying extra for.

Loved to stay in this place,in the middle of town without any noise and lovely comfortable rooms and a lovely bar and restaurant. The staff always went above and beyond. Great location from which you can explore the center of the business town and the old town.

Our room was tastefully arranged, but most of it was black. And with the small window with minimal natural light it became a bit depressing. The staff were helpful, but not eager. The issue that made us move to their sister hotel was the excessive use of bleach as a cleaning agent, so the bathroom was guaranteed to be clean, but set of my allergies to sting chemicals. We did mention it to the staff, and to their credit they did adapt the cleaning protocol.

Room tip: Rooms can be a bit noisy

Hotel is funky with an eclectic design but the overall feel is cramped. The reception desk is squeezed into the area as you enter the hotel. There are only two chairs in that area which become quickly occupied when there are few residents coming or going. The lift is slow but not so problematic.

The room was quirky with the slanted walls which added to the vibe. The mattress was unbearable, it was lumpy and hard. Never been so glad to checkout of a hotel. I told staff on the first morning and was told it would be passed on to a colleague,if it was it didn't make a difference. I slept on top of the duvet and it was still uncomfortable.

The breakfast was plentiful but the consistency of the quality cooked breakfast was disappointing. First morning was great, not so thereafter. Never ate in dinner the hotel as there are lots of other restaurants in the area.

Was disappointed to discover on the way to the airport I'd left a couple of bags of shopping in the room. I emailed the hotel within the hour but didn't get a reply. I phoned 2 days later to be told a manager would phone me back. They didn't so phoned again a few days later. Michael was very helpful and clarified when he later phoned back that the bags which had been left on the desk had been discarded along with the other bags which were in the bin! This soured my experience, it was my fault for leaving the bags but wouldn't have expected them to be mistaken for rubbish given that they had goods inside them both which would have been visible.
