Just spent two, too brief nights at the Marmoris Palace.
We arrived quite late - the hotel had organised a transfer from the airport - and were immediately looked after so well.
After getting our room the wonderful staff were unwavering in their hospitality - even fixing some supper and wine well past a reasonable hour.
We had room 8 in the block, it was big, light, warm and comfortable. A huge super king bed.

Breakfast was a fine buffet of smoked fish, eggs, cured meats, obscure and local cheeses, tasty bread and pastries etc. The room ornate with a huge chandelier and a bonkers floorstanding clock! Really good.

I think the staff really make this place, though. They honestly couldn’t have been friendlier.

Would have loved some gin in the minibar!

a unique experience, best views in Sintra. very friendly owners and staff, warm welcome and good service. comfortable beds and crisp linen bedsheets, yummy breakfast. They do not have a full-time restaurant but will always find a way to fulfil your needs.

My mom and I absolutely in love with this gem. From the hospitality of the hotel staff (Carlos is super) to the spacious and grand room. We stayed in room 1 which used to be a library of the house.
If you love and appreciate marble, this hotel is a must stay for you. Apparently, the hotel owner also owns a marble company. The bathroom of room 1 is 90% decorated with marble.

Communication from booking to leaving was exceptional, welcome drinks on the terrace, an amazing room and bathroom with a bath that I spent many hours in, wonderful breakfasts on the terrace, Carlos, Florbela and the rest of the staff are all amazing and nothing is too much trouble, we loved everything about the place and will be staying again.

Free parking and pool on the territory. Big rooms on the first floor. Close to local restaurants with take away options. Good family hotel with beautiful garden and responsive staff. Some territory and things are still under construction but it is not making troubles.
