This hotel is very good located and can be good options to start walks around lisbon.

Beautiful decorated rooms is a very strong pros.

We can only complain that the room was incompatible with Superior double room that we paid for. There was lack of Kitchenette with stovetop, cookware/dishware. Also the size of the room was incompatible with the reservation confirmation. After the first night we asked the reception to change our room because in addition to the above, there was a very disturbing noise of water in pipes, whenever guests in other rooms where using shower or splashing toilet. Also wi-fi in our room didn't work. Because lack of available rooms in the hotel, we were granted superior room only for a last night out of three.

If we have have been granted a proper room from the begging of our stay it wouldn't be nothing to complain about and definitely would recommend that hotel.

Room tip: If you prefer to have more space in your room, than definitely pay little bit more and book superior room. Standard rooms are very tiny.

We went with 4 friends for a 4 night stay from 12th January. Very friendly check in. We were on 4th floor and it was an adventure to find the room round the dimly lit corridors but when we opened the door it was wow. The rooms are on the small side but beautifully decorated. Huge comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee, super iPod//smart phone speaker dock, flat screen tv. Etc, Lovely shower room. Although this hotel is in the centre of Lisbon, it was very quiet and no noise at all from neighbouring rooms. breakfast was super, huge choice, fresh fruit, pastries, cooked. Staff very efficient. The hotel is in an ideal location close to trams, trains, shops, and the Tagus estuary. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a city break. Don't go to the restaurant across from the hotel, Navegadoors, it was awful. Ask reception to recommend one as they did with us, unfortunately I can't remember the name, but it was near the old castle near the top of the elevator, was excellent.

We arrived early at the hotel the room was not ready so the reception staff were very helpful and put our bags away until later. The hotel was in the centre with shops and bars all round.
Just a short walk away and you were near the waterfront the weather was lovely so were able to go on the tour bus which was great so many things to see.We arrived back at the hotel the room was ready and it was lovely ,everything you needed from hair dryer to Iron and ironing board very modern but had a lovely warm feel to it.
The staff were very helpful and friendly .
Breakfast was great from 7 until 11.30 which is great if you fancy a late one.lots to pick from .I will be back loved it .

The hotel really is in the centre of everything, near the metro, town, restaurants and waterfront. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are decorated with great care, each room had Marshall Bluetooth speakers, Roberts portable radio, lots of USB charging points, fridges some of which were smeg and coffee machine. One of my biggest gripes was the lighting or lack of it. The hall was painted in black and the lighting when it eventually went on was very dim so quite dangerous. Also some of the restaurant staff were not very friendly which was a shame because they were quite efficient. I found the breakfast quite basic but heard other people say it was good! The reception staff were excellent and could not help enough especially Tiffany. We decided to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel and the Metro going back. The Metro takes approx 45 mins with a change of line and costs 3.70 Euros. It is really easy.

Room tip: 236 was a good room as it was at the end of a corridor so bigger. Upgrade to bigger room Smaller only big enough for bed.

We booked this hotel on recommendation from family and it was perfect.. 4 nights, 3 full days in this vibrant exciting city and it was wonderful. The location is the best factor...on the main high street, the waterfront is just a short walk via a beautiful plaza to stop and take in the sights. The breakfast was delicious, great selection, taken at a leisurely pace. The room was laid out perfectly, clean and blackout curtains for a peaceful nights sleep.
