Good hotel, not new made but comfortable, with large rooms, in a good position for visiting Lisbon with underground lines (lot of lines at cheap price, with day tickets). Lisbon absolutely most be visited walking. The area around is quiet and with very little traffic.More
Good hotel. Rooms are good and clean. We were with 4 people and 2 rooms. 1 room was rather small with a small bed. Nothing for 2 persons. My friend asked for another room at the reception. There was nothing available so they arranged another hotel for that night and payed the taxi to the other hotel. So the staff was very helpfull and friendly. The hotel is located next to the Eduardo VII park and it's close to 2 metro stations: Parque and Marques de Pombal

We stayed here 1 night before our flight to USA, and the hotel and location are very good.
The staff was pleasent, rooms clean and confortable. From the airport to the hotel the taxi ride was 10 euros, and near by the hotel plenty of restaurants, subway options and walking distance to downtown city center. I recommend this hotel as the price is also good.

We did stay in Avenida Park for 4 nights. Hotel did not disappoint. Friendly staff at the reception. Our room did had a good size for 2 persons for 4 nights. We never experienced a problem with warm shower water. Room was cleaned every day, and also new towels every day.
Breakfast was simple, but more then sufficient, indeed the breakfast area is a little limited, although we never had a problem to find a table at 08.15 in the morning.
Located very close to metro stations Parque and Marque Pombal, both on a few minutes walking distance. It can be a bit noisy if other guest dont take this into consideration, but it didn't bother us.
So we would not hesitate to return to Avenida Parque if we would go back to Lissabon

The location it is ok near to metro station Marques Pombal . The breakfast was excellent . We leave early in the morning and they accept and serve a small breakfast to us ( thank you for this kind gesture ) . The room are very clean and quiet .

Went to Lisbon and booked for 3 niggts ended up here for 5 nights because flight cancelled. Staff so accommodating and really helpful. Great location for sight seeing. Good breakfast, very clean place. Bathroom quite small only negative. Would definately stay again.
