From a myriad of food - drink and shopping choices along with street performers and people watching this pedestrian promenade is a must.

This is definitely an area to check out when in Lisbon. We had fun walking up and down the Praca but definitely did not like the insane amount of tourists there! It was pretty overwhelming, considering they don't move, bump into you, and stop in the middle of the street.

Very grand square which seems to go on forever when trying to reach the shoreline. I made the mistake of forgetting glasses and was squinting the entire time due to the white marble reflecting the sunlight. The main walkway can be a little bit of a nuisance at times due to people trying to illegally sell drugs which the police don't seem to care about, but other than this it is worth a visit.
