Basic boutique style hotel

4.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 9 May 2024
The hotel is very close to the centre of the city but do use the public elevator 200 m down the street because Lisbon is built on hills.
The hotel rooms and facilities are basic but comfortable. Breakfast is good and varied and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful BUT if something does not work , do not expect to have it fixed by their " technical" dept. any time soon eg bathroom extractor or a/c unit.
Bruno is your man for cocktails in the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay but it is more a "functional" hotel than one for " creature comforts".
We had a room with river from which you can see the river in the distance but the balcony is "cosy" where two people can sit side by side facing one another.
Would I stay there again? Probably not.

Our travel agent recommended this hotel, and we are totally amazed at the reception, hospitality, and central location in Lisbon. A definite keeper for anyone who wants a successful vacation here. I would definitely suggest the inclusion of breakfast and have Bruno make you one of his specialty drinks at the bar. Taia, our receptionist was the best.

Stylish and modern, fantastic views from the balcony overlooking the city. Sightseeing from the room. Best of all the reception staff's welcome (especially Tatiana): great enthusiasm & knowledge. Took the time to sit down and turn the city map into a tailored guide. Definitely one to go back to.

Room tip: Aircon remote control is in a drawer

This boutique hotel offered everything that was needed for a really fantastic stay in Lisbon. Very well situated a short walk into the centre and all it has to offer with great rooms and excellent service. A friendly welcome by Tatiana who really helped us get our bearings with a map, obviously passionate about her city and told us a couple of places to visit that we would never have known about. The room was clean and comfortable with a welcome bottle of wine. We didn't have breakfast although the buffet did look good and we had drinks at the bar on a couple of occasions. All in all, we loved this place and would definitely revisit if in the area.

Great little boutique hotel, very friendly staff and so well located to explore Lisbon.
Bedrooms were clean and perfectly fine for a city break. We looked over the rooftops of the city and towards Santa Justa and it was a lovely view to wake up to.

Breakfast is more than adequate to get your energy levels up for all the walking and steps you will do in Lisbon. Nice little outside terrace as well to sit and drink your Super Bock. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Great Hotel, in the historical center of Lisbon. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked a small artist room which was spacious enough for my solo trip.

I really enjoyed my stay there and will go back next time I visit Lisbon
Breakfast was varied and generous.
