Amazing room and service. Everyone there was amazing. Cyril made us feel so comfortable and let us check in a little early at no extra cost. the location is great right by a lot of breakfast/ brunch places. Super cute. Right by the life of the city. We walked everywhere.

Very friendly hotel in an ideal location: two minutes from the cathedral and castle and two minutes from the main shopping area. The staff were very helpful and always on hand to provide directions and book taxis. Large and comfortable room.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly at the hotel. The location is fantastic, very accessible to all the sites we were visiting. Breakfast was lovely.
Building itself it’s a little old and bathrooms had a bit of a damp smell so needed to have the windows open for fresh air.

The hotel was almost perfect .
Lovely clean and spacious rooms, very friendly staff and perfect location.
The only thing that let it down was the atrocious breakfast we were offered every morning .
It’s a small enough dining area so it should be easy enough to refill juice jugs and put out pastries .
The pastries came out of plastic containers and were not freshly baked despite the fact that are bakeries on every corner.
There were congealed eggs to greet us every morning and some other content that I wouldn’t feed to my dog.
I never understand why a hotel would have such high standards and allow the breakfast options to drag it all down.

Location is perfect. Very near good restaurants, cafes and bars. Staff were very helpful. Whenever we would inquire on something, they would always recommend the best options.
The room is very clean and the pillows are nice. Towels were good too.
