Where to start …. I arrived a little later than expected due to the awful weather in the UK, check in was super easy, I was allocated a room on the 3rd floor but asked for a higher room as I like a breeze. They happily changed my room. The room its self was amazing, modern and fresh with 2 windows!! (Bonus) room cleaned daily with 2 bottles of water and juice replaced in the fridge this was a lovely touch! Asked for an iron and ironing board, that was brought up within a few minutes. Location is spot on can’t be faulted at all. The hotel its self feels modern and fresh in all areas I have been in. The bar is lovely plenty to drink!! The best part of this hotel is the staff, all lovely and helpful. Don’t want to check out tomorrow but all good things come to an end! I will happily come back and stay here 10/10 from me!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, primarily due to AnaRita the front desk manager. She was kind and welcoming, guiding us and providing viable information as we needed. We loved the location as well, allowing us to walk and explore the downtown (Baixa) area.

Great place to watch games, my friends and I love it!! We were super well received and attended by great professionals, Iris was attentive and delicate with us.
We went with friends but I'll go back with my family
