Amazing view from the villa, village was lovely. Unfortunately we had a lot of mist that seemed to come in and out with the tide. Would have been better if there had been a restaurant in the village that we could have walked to.
You look down over the hills to the Atlantic and up the coast to the north, it truly is stunning! there are two balconies overlooking the view and two picture windows in the lounge. A great place to enjoy morning coffee, read a book or just stare. The villa is large, furnished with both traditional and practical modern furniture. The beds are really comfortable! Everything you could wish for is there, plenty of kitchenware and an amazing amount of towels. Both the house and large garden are immaculate and delightful. There's another external eating area at the other side of the house, great for when the wind off the Atlantic gets up, which in September it does. Off season you'll need a jumper! The swimming pool is a good size and well looked after. There's a small supermarket in the next village, and a well stocked one a little further away in Colores. We didn't want to drive in Lisbon and found that the suburban train from Cascais worker well. There's a car park at Cascais station for 10 euros a day. Plenty to do and see, we found chilling at the villa a favourite! Very highly recommended!
