Paul is a great place right off the marina for a quick sandwich, croissant , or a cookie and a cup of coffee. The staff is friendly and ready to help.

Paul had so much potential to be the best place in Cascais, but it is a chaos whenever it is full. The bread dough has changed and it is pretty bad now. The tuna in the tuna fish sandwich has decreased in amount, the goat cheese sandwich has so little cheese, etc. If wasn't for the waiters who are so friendly and the lack of coffee place options in Cascais, I would not go back.

Visited this place several times as we stayed in the hotel next door. Paul’s has beautiful Danish pastries also very nice toasted sandwich. It’s not the cheapest but it does have a nice shaded terrace. Would have given it 5 stars if they found someone to clear the tables during busy times.

While paying the bill at this restaurant, my wife was cheated on change. She paid with a 50 Euro note and got change for a 20. When she challenged the server, he denied that he got the 50 Euro note. The owner of the restaurant refused to take any action. By the way, the food was only mediocre.
