Very good hotel. I will stay there again. The staff were very good and easy to talk to. the room was very comfortable and clean. The location is very accessible to the centre of the city. The restaurant was good and the food lovely. Only comment - the cfreme brulee was not verry good - just a custard with brulee on top!

In June 2016 we spent 1 night at this hotel.

We had a superior twin room, on the 5th floor, which was very spacious, clean and functional. Great view over to the old town... pity about the modern black monstrosity of a building that sticks out disrupting the scene.

Beds were some of the most comfortable we have experienced in the last 4 weeks of travel in Europe.

Bathroom was a bit dark and so too the hotel corridors.

Rooms were not very soundproofed to street noise.

Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of food. Tiny cereal bowls were a bit of a pain.

Location is within walking distance of attractions. Large supermarket a couple streets over parallel to the front of the hotel - about 5 minute walk.

The hotel offers underground parking for €8 / night. It's convolutedly accessed right next to the hotel through the adjoining public car park - reception staff will either need to valet park your car or guide you where to park.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything about this hotel was good except the mattress which was average. The room was large, well maintained with a great view on the town. The bathroom was decent size.

Breakfast was good, Service was friendly and efficient, the lady at the front desk had a great smile. The hotel is located close to the main part to visit. The walk to the main part of the city took 10-15 minutes.

I would change the windows however as you can hear what is going on outside despite being closed.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel and would stay there again if need be.

Thankl you!!

Luc

Everything about this hotel was good except for the lack of air conditioning. The superior king bed room was large, well maintained, storage space was exceptional with a nice large closet and lighting was adequate. The bathroom was decent size and had a good rain shower.
Breakfast was good (not great), Service was friendly and efficient (our many requests were fulfilled) and the valet parking was convenient. The hotel is located in a very dreary part of the city and there are not any restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. The walk to the main part of the city took 10-15 minutes at a slow pace.

Despite being assured in advance that the room air conditioning would be operational, we were dismayed to find that it not yet been turned on for the season. We were forced to sleep with the windows open and endured ambulance sirens from a nearby hospital all night long. We had planned on staying two nights but checked out after one night so that we could get a good night's sleep elsewhere.
