Group of 8 stayed for long weekend hen do. The villa was perfect. Large rooms, lovely decorated and very clean. We had the swimming pool to ourselves the whole time and was right outside the villa.
Full sun on the pool area and plenty of sun beds.
The owner was very helpful and we had a few decorations put up ready for our arrival as well as pre paid bottles of prossecco in the fridge!
We got a few snacks from the small on site shop. The small supermarkets are in new town about 12/15minutes walk. Main Supermarkets nearby drive about 10minutes. We booked Billy for transfers and he took us from airport to the villa and then straight to the main supermarket, waited and took us back to the villa for just €15. Very helpful, friendly and we used his mini bus quite a lot over the weekend.
New town - taxi ride €10 fantastic night life.
We had a beautiful lunch in the glass fronted restaurant on the corner/roundabout in the new town opposite oura village/beach
We would definitely stay at the villa again. We had a fantastic hen weekend.
absolutely loved this villa, was very clean inside and out, outside space was perfect for young children and big enough for family members to have thier own space,we may as well have had our own private pool as most people went to other two shared pools where there is a lovely bar serving good food and drinks. rooms were great, one was locked on arrival as we didnt have the required number of guests to use 5 rooms, however a quick e mail to the owner to explian we needed 5 rooms and it was opened within a few hours.
communication between the owner was excellent and everything described was correct
villa is within walking distance to the strip but a taxi ride to old town, little shop onsite not great but we walked to market and got taxi back, cant say enough good about this property , would love to return again. thanks for a great holiday.

We had a fab holiday at the villa in Albufura this August. We took my sisters and our partners took my perants who are both 83 years old and my mum has mobility issues. The villa was great as she was able to use the ground floor bedrool and bathroom with ease.A hand safety bar in shower a around toilet seat would have been the icing on the cake for my mum but that didn't spoil a top quality holiday. We sat outside as a family every night as the outside purgula was fantastic, but could do with a light. Overall one of the best holidays we've had and thanks to Natalia for all her help she was a great manager. Thanks to the owner Kieran who was also extremely helpful.
We were a group of friends staying for a short break ,and this apartment was just perfect for us. Four great bedrooms ( three with en suite shower room ).Lovely balcony to double room overlooking the pool and terrace. Large sunny terrace with plenty of loungers, where we enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine ! The apartment has everything needed for self catering holiday, and is maintained to a very high standard. Very clean on arrival, and Kieran provided us beach towels for small fee.
Situated withn walking distance of the town and beach. We used Billys taxi for airport tranfers and trips to the old town ( very good service and reasonable priced). Kieran was extremely helpful and prompt with responses regarding booking etc.
Basically a fantastic stay ! Thanks Kieran.
Just returned from a 2 week trip at the end of July.
Communication between owner Kieran and manager Natalia was excellent, we requested several things for our stay and all were waiting when we arrived at A Casa De Sol, including beach towels, travel cot and lots of baby linen-thank you!
The house was very well presented, with all the essentials, each room having it's own bathroom was good, set in a nice quiet area and only a short bus/taxi ride away from the strip, supermarket and old town.
The pool was good, right at the bottom of our garden-just remember to rinse your swimwear as otherwise it turns green!
The loungers in the garden are ready to be replaced-this is hardly surprising as there is a lot of sunshine to enjoy!
The garden table and chairs beneath the pergola were lovely in the evenings for alfresco dining, just short of an outside light so we could have stayed out longer. A BBQ was available, although slightly on the small side when cooking for 8 hungry ones! The neighbouring properties have lovely stone built ones, maybe a future investment for the owner!
Making toast in a morning for eight people took forever, we used the 2 slice toaster and the grill-maybe a bigger toaster would make it quicker!
The fridge was next to the oven, which unfortunately meant some of our food went off as the oven heats the fridge up!
These are only niggles and in no way spoiled what was a very enjoyable two weeks with friends-we would highly recommend this house.
We did use the facilities of the neighbouring hotels when we needed a change of scenery, both were good.
The path down to the beach takes about 10 minutes, not recommended with a pram or those with walking difficulties, a bit hilly and some steps.
