Location of hotel is close to the beach, 5 minute walk max, rooms are clean and fresh with a nice balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Bathroom is not big but adequate and again cleaned every day. Rooftop terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy your beverages with a fridge, plates, cutlery etc provided. View is stunning over Albufeira beach and surroundings. Continental breakfast buffet is excellent and replenished constantly by very friendly staff, nothing is a problem. Afternoon tea is great and served with a smile. Swedish hospitality at its best. This is a great B&B and we will be back for sure. Thank you for great stay.

Room Tip: Top 2 floors have ocean view, street side.

A lovely friendly hotel offering B&B plus afternoon Tea. Very clean, staff were lovely, including the Swedish students who visit each summer as part of their studies.
Very good breakfast. The rooftop terrace offers wonderful views out to sea and is ideal for some quiet sunbathing. Few minutes walk to the lift down to the beautiful sandy beach or a short walk into the shops. Will definitely visit again.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front seem to be preferred

Well run B&B and with an unbelievable location. Nice touch of giving us a bottle of wine in our room. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants; parking on street is easy. Wonderful views on the rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. Bathroom a little small but doable.

Stayed here early sept. When we booked we were told it would be 2 nights in one room then we would have to move to another room for the next 5 nights. Which we accepted...how difficult could it be? As we unpacked one of the drawers was full of fluff and dust. Therefore it was unusable but we let it go as we were changing rooms, also there was quite a few ants in this room.
We were in room 303 which was up 6 flights of stairs and hard going. We had hoped to get a lower floor when we changed rooms but we were allocated 304 right next door. Ah well at least transfer should be easy. Not at all!!! The owner insisted that we must pack all our clothes and belongings by 11am. Bring them downstairs to the ground floor where we sat for 1 and 3/4hrs whilst they cleaned the twelve rooms. I noted that 304 had been vacated before 10am and 393 was not re let till around 5pm!!
So at 12.40 we were given the key and a young man carried our case back up the six flights of stairs. We then had to unpack all over again So we lost a half a day of our holiday due to stubbornness of the owner/lady in charge. We could have left our luggage and gone out but that meant taking passports cash and all valuables with us!
It should have taken 10 mins to grab the clothes on the hangars and do the switch!!
The wardrobe here was also not clean. The bedside table was full of cup rings the bidet was full of cracks ( bacteria traps).
The downstairs toilet that is for all to use has two steps directly inside the door!!! No warning on the door makes it extremely dangerous!!
The rooftop door needs a closing arm on it as it is continually slamming due to people not closing properly.
There are some nice touches like the sunbed mattresses, the free cake and coffee available in the afternoon. Free wine on arrival. These do not make up for lack of air con, tiny pillows ( not much bigger than 18" square.)
The breakfast is very hit and miss ... Always running out of ingredients. 4 out of 6 mornings we had to ask for t bags. 2 out of 6 we had to request more butter. Other ingredients like fruit were not always there. The only thing they try to keep cool is the butter. I find it very strange that you can approach the hot water jug to fill your cups of tea only to find a member of staff has just used the last!

It's all very chintzy and smiley smiley but it's not for us.
We always had to enquire as to when and how as they don't seem to be organised enough to tell you in good time. Evident on the last day when we were asked to pay for our stay as the taxi was waiting. We had paid the same person in cash the previous day!!

We have stayed at this place on many occasions. It is the perfect B & B for a short break.
Always very clean throughout.
The staff are very welcoming, attentive and helpful. They offer a self service continental breakfast. The best feature is the rooftop terrace where views of Albufeira's famous Fisherman's Beach and beyond to Vilamoura can be seen. It is the perfect location to relax, sunbathe and enjoy a glass of wine/beer before going out at night.
Seeing is believing. A joy
