I have just returned from a 3 night stay in this hotel with my mother and son. We had a wonderful room in the eaves of the hotel. It was clean, crisp, stylish and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing especially for the price. We were offered on top of the continental breakfast that was laid on, eggs cooked to our preferences. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On our last day we had to leave at 7.15am and breakfasts werent served until 8am but the lady got up and made sure we had breakfast at 6.45am to see us on our way. It was an excellent service and an ideal location. We would recommend this hotel very strongly.

Room Tip: room 23 lovely spacious for 3 people and gorgeous view of buildings

We were a family of 4 and stayed in the 3rd floor family room. Tight spiral staircase to get up to room but that just added to the charm and quaintness. We felt like we were back in time! Comfortable, clean, quiet, very modern bathroom with 2 sinks!. The upper loft has 2 twin beds, the lower area has a queen bed, large wardrobe, 2 desks, 2 sitting chairs, tv, phone, free wi-fi, and air-conditioning!!! There was an electric teapot to heat water for instant coffee in the room but we never used it. The beautiful beams and dark wood added to the charm and old world feeling. Convenient walk into to the main town square and all the shops and attractions. There's a parking garage around the corner if you need it. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. All spoke English. Hot eggs for breakfast each morning along with fresh fruit, fresh juice, breads, meats, cheeses, great coffee, etc. They have gluten free options as well which was great for our celiac family member. You could eat out on the patio, in the small dining area off the kitchen or in the lower cellar area. The whole place had our kids saying they felt like they were at Hogwarts... Fabulous stay in a fabulous city!

Room Tip: We chose the family room on the top floor. Great view of the surrounding rooftops and towers. Large and comfy for a family of 4.

Perfect location, only 2 short blocks off Market Square. Comfy beds, larger rooms than expected for the price. Very atmospheric. Nice breakfast, and you can take it in the medieval cellar if you like. Parts of the building date to the 1300's. One ground floor room is wheelchair accessible.

We stayed her one night on a visit to Brugge with our 2 young children. The location was perfect, just 5 mins walk to main market square. The lady on reception was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Our room was in the oldest part of the hotel (400 years old) it was a vaulted room with beautiful old beams, the children had their own mezzanine level giving us a little privacy. Our bathroom had a wonderful slipper bath and his/her sinks.
My only negative would be the mezzanine did have quite steep steps for a young child and did mean I had to escort our toddler up and down to use the bathroom in the night as they could easily have an accident. It's fine for slightly older children.
Breakfast was lovely, good choice available including freshly cooked eggs.
The hotel had private parking, and good overall good value for money in centre of Brugge. Glad we stayed here, we were made to feel special.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in July 15. Welcomed by a lovely lady who together with her daughter run this delightful hotel. The hotel is ideally situated only a 5 minute walk from the main square of Bruges and all of the main attractions.
We stayed in room number 10 which is on the ground floor and has it's own lovely small courtyard. Ideal for relaxing in with a glass of wine (weather permitting). Together with a very modern fully appointed bathroom.
The inclusive breakfast is excellent, with eggs cooked to your exact requirements, together with all the usual continental breakfast items and lots of freshly brewed coffee. Car parking is available in the hotel's private covered and secured car park at a cost of 14 Euros per day. Well worth the charge as parking in Bruges is very limited. We would definitely visit Bruges again in the very near future and we would definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit. We would give this hotel 5 stars all round.
Bruges is a wonderful place to visit, with lots of wonderful restaurants and historical places to see, together with a boat trip on the canal. Lots of beer and chocolate to sample and we really enjoyed the "walk around Bruges" free tour by an interesting and very well informed guide. All they ask is a donation to their non profit making group. All in all a great visit to a great hotel and city.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 10 which was very nice and quiet. Lovely bathroom and it's own courtyard.
