Great walk, good talk! The guide was well informed and witty! He told more than we heard in other tours.

REVIEW:
I decided to take a free walking tour in Cologne with CyhiTours, the starting time matched perfectly with my schedule and the meeting point (just beside the Dom) was close to my hotel.

I arrived there 10 min before time and there were tons of people (as normal for the Dom) but no one with an umbrella or a sign of the tour, I rechecked the address again, asked around but no sign of the tour. After 15 minutes it was obvious that something was wrong, so I decided to call the phone number included in my confirmation email.

The person who answered told me that I was at the wrong place and the actual meeting point was far away, also the tour already started. But they suggest me to go to a specific coffee store and catch up with the group there, which I did.

I need to give props to the CyhiTours staff because they were really supportive with my situation and helpful by giving directions and different routes to actually reach the tour.

At the end, I did catch the last half of the tour, which was great, Jule did such a great job with her stories and explanations, which made me sad that I couldn’t see the first part of it.

CyhiTours please fix that address.
