We had a wonderful time in the hotel. They were very kind with us. When I made the booking, I asked for a child's cot for my 20 months daughter and when I got there the cot was on the bed and was perfect.
I recommended, specially for families with babies and/or toddlers.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of days after new year and couldnt fault it. The staff are excellent, more than happy to help. The hotel is in a great location, about a 5 minute walk to the centre of Bruge. The room was a good size, nicely decorated and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate booking this hotel again if we return to Bruge.

Stayed at this hotel during the 1st week of December 2013. Brilliant experience right from when we arrived. Stayed in a Club room (151) which was beautiful & clean, perfect for the city break getaway for my Mum & I. About a 5 min walk to the Market Square but far enough out so to not seem too touristy. If you explore around the hotel, there are some much better restaurants than those in the market square (if you come out of the hotel, turn right, & walk straight for about 15 mins, there is a small but very Belgian restaurant on the left, amazing decor & lady who owns it!). Hotel bar has 2 happy hours which i know sounds a bit tacky, but 241 on drinks is always welcome after a long days shopping! Wine, beer & nibbles were all good. Breakfast was a bonus, great selection & all seemed fresh. Our flight home was not till the afternoon & the hotel staff were more than happy to keep our bags in a locked storage room after we checked out until we returned in the afternoon.

Wouldn't recommend anywhere else in Brugge :)

Room Tip: Club room upgrade for the small charge (i think it was €15/night) is well worth it!

Having enjoyed our stay over Christmas last year ,we chose this hotel again this year and again it didn't disappoint The staff were very friendly and helpful ,there was daily room service and the breakfast was second to none.
The hotel is in an ideal location being just a short walk from the Christmas markets ,restaurants and local attractions. It has a warm appeal about it,none of this corporate image that some hotels insist on,this has real family feeling .The TV has some channels in English if this important to you, personally I came to Brugge to soak up the atmosphere and relax and this is the right choice of hotel to do so.There is private parking to the rear ,reservation is a must as it gets very busy.Given the opportunity I will stay here again maybe in the summer next time as there is so much to see and do.

Room Tip: a room at the top at the front is a must if you can get one ,the view over the roof tops is great, but on a down side the front rooms can be noisy from the passing traffic on the cobbled roads.

Away for a couple of days in Brugges and stayed at The Flanders Hotel. Excellent location 5 mins walk from the main square in Brugges and with car parking although this cost 14 euro per night. (Parking at hotels in Brugges can be v. expensive. Did not stay at one hotel because they wanted 40 euro per night!). Room was very spacious and well equipped and the king size bed was very comfortable. If and when we return to Brugges, we will definately try to stay at The Flanders Hotel
