Minnewater Lake is just a short walk from Brugge Railway station. It's a really nice area to walk around in or just sit and take in the scenery.

There's plenty to see so use it as a place to rest after all the walking around!

We walked through Minnewater Lake on the way to our hotel when we arrived and decided it was so lovely we went back the next day. In the hub of the city this park is tranquil and a lovely place to walk and/or chill. We sat in the pub gardens on the bank of the river having a drink and watching the world go by.

Nice place for pictures as well. Ideal when it's warm. Easy to walk to from the train station into town

This entire town is a peaceful and quiet alternative to the big city but this lake with the ducks surrounding is especially peaceful. We were here with a tour so did not spend much time but was very nice.

A small park, with a lake. About 10 minutes walk from the centre. The canal goes through it. You can walk and lie on the grass. Plenty of shade. Nice place to chill out after walking around Bruges all day.
