We were a group of three glad tourists. The weekend and the last day was great... until this moment... The Place and the building is historical and fantastic... and we decided to lunch at this restaurant and was expecting a culinary sensation...

* Menu was on English.... Headlines yes... not the dishes...
* After much effort we ordered lamb racks ... a little bit expensive... but it's vacay come on... all side dishes cost extra (potato, sallad etc) so now we are at Michelin level price :)... okay... then food arrived it was mostly racks and not so much lamb, sallad and vegetable stew was pale and boring, potatoes... well potatoes ok
* Feeling half satisfied and half robbed :) we denied any dessert and wanted at least to enjoy the historical interior (Karl Marx was here :) ... and before that we were seated outside) and headed to the ladies room... and when I picked the mobile to take a picture ---- we were SHOOed away in a very rude manner "you already used toilet for free" and even if I tried to respond "excuse me sir - we just had a lunch here" ... there we were - standing outside feeling like sh** ... weekend magic got lost...
* So the conclusion - five dots for the facade and minus 1000 dots for total experience... Snob level HIGH... Pleasant level LOW

Great location, we had fillet steak and the burger. Portion size was just enough but the service was a little slow - we waited a long time for our meals but it was worth it. We ate here quite late on a Saturday night and it was still really busy.

I was really excited to enjoy their terrasse with the view on the grand place And the food as it’s supposed to be a famous restaurant. The owners changed so maybe the kitchen as well.
I had the mussels with lobster and it’s the first time I got to taste it. Unfortunately the Lobster was super over cooked and on top of all I got sick 15 minutes after being done with my meal. Very very sick.
The terrasse and waiters were great.
