I've taken free tours and paid tours in several cities with Sandeman's New Europe tours and I totally recommend them. In this case for Brussels, Samuel took us to the most significant places in the city, gave us great recommendations about places to eat, places to buy things (chocolate, beer, etc) and they all were really helpful. The punctuality of the start and finish time was really good and they also offered other paid tours (beer tour, 1-day tour to Bruges). I just took the free tour and it is a 100% recommendation.
I recently done both the main walking tour and the evening beer tour of Brussels with Quentin, and as a tour guide myself I have to say he was superb! He found the right balance of history, facts, stories and jokes! Highly recommended!
The tour is superb and takes you to all the main sites such as Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, the royal palace, the cathedral of St. Michel and St. Gondula and many more fantastic places!
My guide Simon, was fantastic. He was energetic the entire time and successfully engaged a group of strangers - no easy task.
I learn a lot about Brussels and Belgium history I didn't previously know.

I did the Beer Tasting tour with Maggie and the Walking tour with Fraser. Both were excellent. I learned a bit about beer and ended up testing even more beer after the tasting. Fraser did a great job keeping the walking tour lively and entertaining.
