Spent four nights here and I must say it is just like most Ibis establishments, clean and efficient service. The check in was superb and receptionist was friendly and efficient. The rooms are small but it has everything, closet space, hair dryer, soap, towels etc. the bathroom accessories are minimum so make sure to bring shampoo/ conditioner if you need them otherwise you can buy from any of the grocery shops around. Location is perfect for shop lovers, just a few minutes from the shops. If you happen to stay over on a Sunday, there is an open market to browse through for just about anything.

The location of the hotel is not very ideal, it is quite a distance from Antwerp Central Station (although it is pretty near Rubenshuis).

The room is small (as expected of an Ibis Hotel) but comfortable. It was clean although there was a warning on the presence of mosquitoes especially around the area as it was ‘mosquito season’ (Yikes!). The hotel itself looks dated and is due for refurbishment.

Service was OK. Overall, a pretty average stay.

easy booking using rewards points; smooth stay, great location with walking distance to city center - no hassle (easy online check-in / fast checkout just leaving the door badge at the reception worked) - of course this is not a 4-star hotel (but typically IBIS), with good value for money (price/quality ok).

Had a great 3 night mini break here as our base for visiting the area.
The room had everything we needed although teamaking facilities would give it my 5th star.
The breakfast was enormous and it was lovely to watch the bees in their hives from the large picture window in the restaurant.
Great location for the centre and easy to get to by car.

Very comfortable. Clean, comfortable beds, very good breakfast. Staff very kind and professional. Location great and parking right in front (not belonging to the hotel - prices of the parking a bit expensive). Recommend for business trips.
