This was the fourth hotel we had stayed during my Europe trip. It was kind of terrible experience during this stay especially upon our arrivals. The reception staffs looks like discriminated us since we were checking in as a group and did not allow us to sit in some area in the lobby. After checked in and going into the room 313 but there was another guest inside which both of us were shocked in the room and made us be so embarrassed. We went down and questioned about it without any answers from the staffs. Juz gave another room for us and thats it . I guess it happened a lot in here so they dun care!
Breakfast area was at the ground floor and lot of variety food there. The staffs in the restaurants were so nice and welcoming which totally different with those reception staffs. The room was clean and large enough. The location is convenient as lot of shopping area and restaurants next to it. It would be a great place to stay at if the reception staffs could do better with their jobs

Spent one night here recently and was pleasantly upgraded to the executive floor 10. Staff were very friendly. Room was modern, with great ac and fast WiFi. Left at 6am but front desk made me a special to go breakfast bag with all sorts of goodies. Had a great but short stay. This Hilton is located right near one of rotterdams walking streets with lots of shops and restaurants, many of which offer outdoor seating, weather permitting. Overall great location for.a hotel that represents Hilton well.

Hotel in the city center, near metro. Room - usual Hilton standard. Fast check- in. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Strong conditioning, but possible to adjust. Super breakfast!! Great choice of good food.

Very nice staff, no waiting for check in or check out. Location is perfect for all purposes. Room, although simple, nice and clean with a great view to fountain. Only the bathroom was really small - for one person ok, but for a couple a bit tight.

Comfortable enough, good ambience, clean but service in bar still needs attention and rhus hasnt changed after last 3 visits. Great if you stand at bar but table service difficult to get attention,once you have attention service is good but more than once I, or one of the group I'm with need to approach bar to get table service organised.
The only 5 star hotel I've ever stayed in without a turn down service. I know I'm being picky but come on Hilton up your standards a bit to really qualify for the 5 stars you advertise yourselves as.

At Hilton, the turn down service is on request, as mentioned in ther guest directory in your room. The majority of our guests do not appreciate this anymore, so we chose to provide it on request basis.
