Room: The room was spacious. Look old but well maintained. Sofa bed and coffee table provided. We book Deluxe room with Luxuries bath.

Minibar: Coffee/tea for the room. No mineral water.

Bathroom - Bathroom was large and spacious. Bath and shower gel available. Water pressure good. But no DOOR. Hahaha.... romantic? Yeas it is.

Location: Located at along side the canal. You had to walk from Delft station to this hotel. About 5 minutes walk. Delft is a student town. People around travel using bicycles.

Service - Check-in was fast and their receptionist was good and so politely answering my question regarding the hotel.

Value: Affordable booking via Agoda.

F&B: Breakfast available but we having our dining at our friend home.

Room Tip: Book Deluxe Room with Luxury Bath. Very nice and spacious.

I traveled with my wife and we stayed here on business. The hotel was close to the train station, which, after a long day of travel from the US, was most welcome. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. We loved being able to open our windows and let the gentle breeze cool the room off in the evenings. The bed was comfortable too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The BREAKFAST was outstanding, with substantial food of many different varieties offered. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Delft!! This is a great hotel that is an excellent value

This was a perfect one-night base for us in Delft. It was easy to walk everywhere, the hotel seemed very good value and we were delighted with our spacious room overlooking the canal. Good sized bathroom too. Parking was about 400m away in an underground car park @ 16 Euros for 24 hours.

The hotel is located just a short walk from the railway station, which is ideal if you arrive by train (it's about 40 minutes by train to Schiphol). It stands just by a lovely canal, so the setting is about perfect. The room with a bath tube was really big, with two large windows facing the canal. Wifi was easy to use and there was a fridge in the room. The baby bed was clean and quite robust. The first night was really cold, also inside. But in the morning we realized that the radiator thermostats were switched off. The following nights were ok, after adjusting the heat...

Public areas were clean and "smart". There was also small snacks available free of charge in the public areas in the evenings... A big supermarket with a great range of products was about 5-10 minutes walk away - not close, but not too far away... The city center is equidistant.

The streets around the hotel are really peaceful and quiet. No restaurants, no bars... For a family like us it was a great thing, but for someone other it may be bothersome to look for a place to eat... There is no restaurant in the hotel, either.

Staff was friendly... At weekends they could have been a bit more attentive, but they were not rude, certainly. After the weekend there was another staff with a bit more energy... Note! There is no lift in the hotel, so it's not fully "accessible".

The only real disadvantage was the breakfast. It wasn't especially good, just ok. Sure you can find all the basic things... juices, croissants, toasts, some fruits... but that's it. You don't really wait the breakfast because it has so great range of delicious food, it's just a moment to eat something so you survive until lunch... Coffee was good, though.

This hotel is well situated, in a reasonably quiet area, on a small canal not far from the centre of Delft. Also very convenient for the railway station. Prices very reasonable. Our rooms were compact, simply furnished, cleaned daily and comfortable to come back to after a day on foot exploring the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
